We are looking for the below positions for HDPE pipes manufacturing Plant at Gowdavally, Near Gandimaisamma, Hyderabad.

Megha Engineering & Infrastructure Ltd Jobs

1. Production Incharge

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mech
• Work Experience: 8 to 10 years

Job Role:

1. Having Good Knowledge in Heavy & Structural Fabrication Works, Fabrication of Radial and Vertical Gates, Penstocks, Rope Drum Hosits, Material Handling Equipment’s Heavy Storage Tanks, PEB Structures, MS Pipe Special which includes Y branches bands test, etc.
2. Good knowledge in different types of Welding Processes.

2. Maintenance Incharge

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mech
• Work Experience: 8 to 10 years

Job Role:

1. Utilities like Chillers, Air Compressor, Pumps, Cooling Towers, DG Sets.
2. Material Handling Equipment’s like Conveyors, EOT / Gantry Cranes.
3. Hydraulic and One Pneumatic Circuits.
4. SAW Welding Machines, AG4 Grinding Machines, MIG and ARC Welding Machines.

3. Shift Engineer

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mech
• Work Experience: 6 to 10 years

Job Role:

1. Having Experience in HDPE / MDPE / PVC Pipe line manufacturing industry.
2. Coordinate with operators for process adjustments.
3. Maintain product quality as per grade specifications.
4. Handle emergencies (leakages, power failures, tripping) calamy and correctly.

4. Line Operations – HDPE

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mech
• Work Experience: 8 to 10 years (EPPL)

Job Role:

1. Handle extraction, blow modeling, pelletizing or pipe production lines.
2. Ensure smooth running of HDPE line machines during shift operations.
3. Maintain optimum production quality and minimize downtime.
4. Load HDPE raw material, additional and color masterbatches

5. QC Engineer

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma – Mech
• Work Experience: 8 to 10 years

Job Role:

1. Having Good Knowledge in Material Inward Inspection and Improcess inspection during and after welding.
2. Prepration, Submission and Approval of QAPs from clients
3. Co-ordination with clients for arrangment of inspection and material dispatch clearance, NDE Technics, Heat Treatment.

6. Mechanical – Maintenance

• Qualification: ITI – Fitter
• Work Experience: 8 to 10 years

Job Role:

1. Carry out Daily preventive maintenance of HDPE extraction, reactor, pelletizer, and compounding units.
2. Replace wom-out parts (bearings, seals, shafts, couplings, etc)
3. Inspection and servicing of valves, Pipelines, pressure vessels and heat exchangers.

7. Electrical – Maintenance

• Qualification: ITI – Electrical
• Work Experience: 8 to 10 years

Job Role:

1. Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical panels, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, soft starters, and control circuits.
2. Inspect and maintain motors (induction, DC, servo), transformers, and lighting systems.
3. Implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and machinery.

8. CNC Operator

• Qualification: ITI
• Work Experience: 12 to 15 years

Job Role:

1. Experience in CNC operations

Who Can Apply

• Candidates with 8–15 years of relevant experience in the steel, pipe, or heavy manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on operational experience.
• Diploma, B.Tech, or ITI qualifications as per the job role.
