1. Engineering, Planning & Coordination Expert
Qualification: Postgraduate in Public Health / Environmental Engineering
Experience: 20+ years in Government advisory (urban/rural)
Role:
- Strategic leadership in planning, execution, and monitoring of GoI/GoO projects (NRW, 24×7 WS, HSC, Jalasathi, etc.)
- Coordination across departments
- MIS development
- Reporting to Principal Secretary
2. Programme Management & Policy Expert
Qualification: B.Tech (Civil/Environmental) + MBA
Experience: 10+ years in Government advisory
Role:
- Drafting policies/guidelines
- Supervising outreach agencies
- Preparing reports/presentations
- Quality control and project support
3. Programme Management & Technical Expert
Qualification:
- PG in Structural/Environmental/Water Resources Engineering with 10+ years OR
- B.Tech (Civil) with 15+ years
Experience: In Water Supply/Sewerage in the Government sector
Role:
- Design and DPR preparation
- Technical monitoring
- Inter-department coordination
- M&E activities
4. Procurement & Contract Management Expert
Qualification:
- PG in Public Health/Environmental Engineering OR
- PG in Project/Contract Management
Experience: 10+ years in procurement & contracts in water/sewerage sector
Role:
- Preparation of EoIs/RFPs
- Bid management
- Contract negotiation
- Vendor and procurement training
5. Sr. Consultant – Used Water Management
Qualification: PG in Public Health/Environmental Engineering
Experience: 10+ years in the water/sewerage sector
Role:
- DPRs/designs/monitoring
- Project coordination
- Evaluation and reporting
