1. Lead Designer
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s in Structural Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years design experience related to execution of structure, eespcclially near running tracks. Or 3 years in JGM grade in Railway / Engineering organisations.
- Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
2. Project Architect
- Qualification: Graduate in Architecture
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in planning, designing, PMC or execution of commercial structures.
- Minimum Age Limit: 60 years
3. Resident Engineer (Civil)
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years construction experience, including 3 years as Resident Engineer/Sr. Engineer, or 5 years in Sr. Scale / equivalent grade in Railways / Ritesh / Iron / RVNL
- Maximum Age Limit: 58 years
4. Resident Engineer (Electrical)
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years construction experience, including 3 years as Resident Engineer / Sr. Engineer, or 5 years in sr. Scale / equivalent grade in Railways / Rites / Ircon / RVNL
- Maximum Age Limit: 58 years
5. Resident Engineer (S&T)
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years construction experience, including 3 years as Resident Engineer / Sr. Engineer, or 5 years in Sr. Scale / equipment grade in Railways / RITES / IRCON / RVNL
- Maximum Age Limit: 58 years
