1. Team Leader
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in IT / Computer Science / ECE with MBA
- Eligible Project Experience: Similar role in Urban Infrastructure / Smart City PMU projects with population > 15 lakhs
Minimum Experience & Expertise:
- 10+ years total experience
- Expertise as Team Leader / Project Manager in Urban Infra / Smart City PMU projects (>15 lakh population)
2. Project Management Expert (Civil)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering And Master’s in Construction Management (or equivalent)
- Minimum Experience & Expertise: 7+ years experience in design z estimation, execution & supervision of civil projects
- Eligible Project Experience: Similar role in Large-scale Civil / Infrastructure / Smart City works.
3. Project Management Expert (City Surveillance)
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in IT / Computer Science / Electronics & Telecommunication
- Eligible Project Experience: Civil Surveillance / ICT smart city system Implementation & monitoring.
Minimum Experience & Expertise:
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Expertise in monitoring & control of city surveillance system including IT infrastructure
- Experience in preparing security system manuals & SOPs desirable.
4. IT Expert
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in ( Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication / IT / Instrumentation) or MCA
- Eligible Project Experience: IT solutions, smart city ICT platforms, software architecture or networking projects.
Minimum Experience & Expertise:
- 8+ years relevant IT experience
- Knowledge of software engineering process / software development desirable
- Networking skills (setup & management) mandatory
- Smart City solution experience desirable
5. Procurement Expert
- Qualification: Graduate in Engineering / Planning / Commerce / Business Administration / Economics
- Eligible Project Experience: Goverment / PSU procurement projects in infrastructure / smart city planning
Minimum Experience & Expertise:
- 6+ years experience
- Expertise in Govt. / PSU procurement bid documents, bid process management, evaluation & award.
6. Urban Planner
- Qualification: Master’s in Architecture / M.Plan
- Eligible Project Experience: Preparation of master plans, concep visualization in urban infrastructure or smart city projects.
Minimum Experience & Expertise:
- 5+ years relevant planning experience
- Skilled in project conceptualization & preparation of architectural plans
