- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering; PG in Management preferred
- Experience: 20 years (including 10 years in project management & 5 years in railway project finance)
2. Architect
- Qualification: Graduate in Architecture
- Experience: 10 years (with 5 years in railway/transport-related building design)
3. Expert – Contract Management
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15 years (including 8 years in contract management of infrastructure projects)
4. Senior Design and Review Expert
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering; PG in Structural Engineering preferred
- Experience: 15 years (with 8 years in design & review of railway infrastructure)
5. Land Acquisition Expert
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering/Planning/Law or equivalent
- Experience: 15 years (with 5 years in railway/transport projects; expertise in resettlement, legal & admin processes)
6. Chief Sector Expert (Finance)
- Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Experience: 15 years in financial analysis, project financing & budgeting for railway/infrastructure projects
