Position: Project Coordinator (O&M)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with site engineers for daily progress of O&M activities for various projects.
• Monitor water distribution schedules, canal flow operations, and mechanical system performance.
• Prepare and maintain DPRs, MOMs, and MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance and record management.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and local authorities for smooth operations.
• Track material requirements, manpower deployment, and safety compliance.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Project Coordination of irrigation projects, dams, or canal systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems, canal operations, pump house functioning, and water flow management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting formats.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preference:

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Experience in EPC-O&M is highly desirable.
