Open Positions & Experience Requirements
Senior / Lead Level Roles
1. Principal Engineer / Head
- Experience: 10–15 Years
- Role includes technical authority across disciplines, project governance, client interface, mentoring lead engineers, and ensuring design quality.
2. Lead Engineer – Process
- Experience: 7–10 Years
- Development and review of PFDs, P&IDs, H&MB, sizing calculations, and HAZOP/HAZID coordination.
3. Lead Engineer – Mechanical
- Experience: 7–10 Years
- Development and review of datasheets and layouts; oversight of rotating and static equipment, and piping packages.
4. Lead Engineer – Electrical
- Experience: 7–10 Years
- Design of LV/MV systems and substations; power distribution, SLDs, load lists, and IEC/IEEE compliance.
5. Lead Engineer – Instrumentation & Control
- Experience: 7–10 Years
- Design and review of P&IDs, I/O lists, control philosophy, DCS/PLC systems, and field instrumentation.
6. Lead Engineer – Civil
- Experience: 7–10 Years
- Design of foundations and pipe racks, BOQs, calculations, and constructability/site support.
Graduate Engineer Roles
7. Graduate Engineer – Mechanical / Civil / Chemical / Petroleum
- Experience: 0–2 Years
- Discipline-specific design basics, preparation of drawings and datasheets under guidance, logical thinking, and learning aptitude.
8. Graduate Engineer – Electrical / Instrumentation
- Experience: 0–2 Years
- Discipline-specific design basics, preparation of drawings and datasheets under guidance, logical thinking, and learning aptitude.
Minimum Qualification Criteria
