Roles
1. Site Execution
Experience in managing Mivan construction activities, ensuring timely progress and coordination among teams.
2. Project Planning & Scheduling
Proficiency in tools like MS Project or Primavera for effective project timelines.
3. MEP
Experience in managing all aspects of MEP designs, coordinates, and oversees building systems—including HVAC, power distribution, lighting, and plumbing—to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant construction projects.
4. Billing & Cost Management
Expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, client billing procedures and Site commercial.
5. Formwork
Technical expertise in system, modular & monolithic formwork.
6. Quality Assurance
Plans, and adherence to quality standards & Control: Knowledge of QA/QC processes, including inspection and test.
7. EHS
Understanding of EHS protocols, risk assessments, and compliance with safety regulations. Mandatory : ADIS/PDIS from SBTET
8. Commercial (Accounts)
Technical expertise in Financial planning, Statutory & Internal Audit, MIS, Variance Analysis.

Relevant experience: High Rise Residential / Data Center Projects only
