1️⃣ Structure Design Engineer – High Rise Building (Thane)
Qualification:
- B.E. Civil / M.Tech (Structures)
Experience:
- 6 to 10 Years
Key Duties:
- Analyze structural components and configurations for high-rise buildings (G+20 / G+30 / G+40 storeys)
- Calculate loads, stresses, and strains due to usage and environmental factors
- Perform dynamic analysis and assess material strength (concrete, steel, brick)
- Prepare and review technical reports, calculations, and design documents
- Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to meet safety and design standards
- Conduct site inspections and assess structural integrity
- Develop design strategies to enhance safety and efficiency
- Coordinate with geotechnical engineers for soil investigations
- Mentor junior engineers and designers
- Use CAD and simulation tools for structural modeling
Software Knowledge:
- ETABS
- STAAD Pro
- SAP2000
- SAFE
- IDEA StatiCa
- RCDC
- Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit or Tekla
2️⃣ CAD Engineer / Draftsman – High Rise Building (Thane)
Qualification:
- ITI (2 years full-time) OR
- Diploma in Civil (3 years full-time)
Experience:
- 6 to 10 Years
Key Duties:
- Prepare General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), structural detail drawings, and GFC drawings
- Work on high-rise buildings such as G+10 / G+15 / G+18 / G+20 / G+30 storeys
- Create detailed RCC drawings including Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
- Perform steel detailing for structural components
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
- Coordinate with structural engineers and design teams
- Maintain drawing documentation and revisions accurately
Software Knowledge:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
