✅Designation: GM / AVP – Projects (B&F Divison)
- Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Civil)
- Experience: 20+ Years (Must have handled multiple large-scale projects independently)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project execution & delivery
- Manage multiple projects (4-5) independently
- Drive planning, Budgeting & Cost Control
- Handle contract management, tendering & negotiations
- Ensure seamless coordination with clients, consultants & contractors
- Oversee construction activities with focus on quality, safety & timelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and decision – making skills
- Proven experience in large-scale building projects
- Expertise in project planning, contracts and cost management
- Ability to manage stakeholders and drive results
