J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd Jobs 2025 – GMLR Tunnel Project Hiring QS/Billing Manager
Position Details:
- Role: QS / Billing – Manager
- Project: GMLR Twin Tunnel Project, Goregaon, Mumbai
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. (Civil)
- Experience: 12–15 years in Quantity Surveying for Tunnel Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs for client and subcontractor billing.
- Ensure timely preparation of client bills and payment realization.
- Review subcontractor bills and forward for processing within timelines.
- Evaluate additional variations, deviations, and claims with detailed backup.
- Prepare monthly cost vs. value reports and material reconciliations.
- Apply expertise in rolling margin, rate analysis, BOQ, and BBS.
- Ensure compliance of RA bills, estimates, and variations with project requirements.
