1. Marine Piling/Diaphragm Wall Engineers
- Job Code: ME/01
- Function: Execution
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil
- Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Expertise in RCC cast in-situ bore piling, D-wall works, tremie concreting, rock socketing, rotary/conventional rigs, BBS prep, and quantity calculations.
2. RCC Precast & In-situ Engineers
- Job Code: ME/02
- Function: Execution
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil
- Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Required: Formwork knowledge, concreting, BBS preparation, Scheduling and customer coordination.
3. Marine Breakwater Engineers
- Job Code: ME/03
- Function: Execution
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical
- Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Experience in marine breakwater construction and rock quantity assessments.
4. Survey Engineers (Land cum Marine)
- Job Code: ME/04
- Function: Survey
- Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Survey
- Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Total Station, and Survey software.
5. Survey Engineers (Hydrographic)
- Job Code: ME/05
- Function: Survey
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Hydrographic Survey
- Experience: 10 to 15 years
- Skills in DGPS, Eco-sounder (multi/single beam), and software like HYPACK/TMC.
6. Plant & Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical)
- Job Code: ME/06
- Function: Plant & Maintenance
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical
- Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Maintenance of piling, diaphragm wall, concreting and material handling equipment.
7. MEP Engineers (Mechanical & Electrical)

- Function: MEP
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
- Experience: 3 to 10 years
- MEP Execution, installation, client billing, SOP compliance.
8. Foreman/Supervisors

- Experience: 5 to 15 years
- Skilled in civil, piling, breakwater, and marine logistics handling.
9. Design Co-ordinator

- Function: Design Co-ordinator
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Civil
- Experience: 8 to 10 years
- Coordination for jetty/wharf/breakwater projects
10. Geologist
- Job Code: ME/10
- Function: Geologist
- Qualification: M.Sc in Geology
- Experience: 8 to 12 years
- Geological mapping, especially in Deccan Traps/Konkan; experience in blasting preferred.
11. Mining Engineers
- Job Code: ME/01
- Function: Mining
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mining
- Experience: 8 to 12
- Drilling, blasting, quarrying, and environmental compliance.
12. QA/QC Engineers
- Job Code: ME/01
- Function: QA/QC
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil
- Experience: 5 to 15 years
- QA/QC for marine projects including dredging: steel pipe experience preferred.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, Survey, Hydrographic or relevant field M.Sc Geology for Geologist role.
- Experience Range: 3-15 years, depending on the role.
- Project Domain: Marine Infrastructure, Piling, Diaphragm walls, Breakwater, Dredging, MEP, QA/QC and more.
