Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of highway construction works
- Dumping work supervision (WMM, GSB)
- Coordination and control of machinery at site
- Labour deployment and productivity management
- Earthwork execution including loading and unloading activities
- Subgrade level checking, alignment and compaction
- Ensuring execution as per drawings, safety and quality standards
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / ITI / Equivalent in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in Highway / Road Projects
- Sound knowledge of WMM, GSB, Earthwork and Subgrade
- Ability to manage manpower and machinery effectively
- Awareness of site safety and quality norms
