Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end execution of railway infrastructure projects ensuring delivery within approved time, cost, quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Overall responsibility for execution of:
- Track Works (P-Way)
- Earthwork & Formation
- Bridges & Structures
- Stations & Buildings
- OHE / E&M Interfaces
- Signalling & Telecom Coordination
- Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans aligned with contractual milestones.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress against approved baseline schedules.
- Ensure strict adherence to contract conditions, specifications, drawings, and IR standards.
- Act as the primary interface with Client, Railway Authorities, and statutory bodies.
- Manage project resources, manpower, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) as per IR/ISO standards.
- Identify risks and implement delay mitigation strategies proactively.
- Exercise strong cost control, ensuring adherence to approved project budgets.
- Ensure timely completion, testing, and commissioning of all project components.
