✅Position: GM / DGM / AGM
- Department: QA & QC
- Experience: 16 to 25 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)
- CTC – 25 to 40 LPA
- Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Job Description –
- To lead and manage the Quality Assurance & Quality Control function for the Elevated metro project, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, approved drawings, URC / IS / EN standards and achieving zero-defect construction through robust quality systems, audits, inspections, and continues improvement.
- Establish, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with ISO 9001 and Employers Quality Requirements.
- Oversee quality control of Sub-structure and superstructure works.
- Approve and monitor material sources, mix designs, and vendor qualifications.
- Ensure proper functioning of site and central laboratories.
- Ensure timely raising, tracking, closure, and analysis of NCRs.
- Act as single-point contact for quality matters with client, consultants & vendors.
- Ensure proper maintenance of quality records.
- Plant and conduct Internal quality audits and management reviews.
- Lead and mentor the project QA/QC team.
