✅Position: Project Head – Elevated Metro Projects

✅Eligibility Criteria:

✅Roles & Responsibilities:

Overall leadership for end-to-end execution and delivery of elevated metro projects.
Planning, monitoring, and control of baseline programmes, traget schedules, and recovery plans.
Ensuring adherence to contractual milestones, DPRs, and approved timelines.
Contract administration including variations, claims, EOTs, and change management.
Technical oversight of launching girder operations, segment erection, pier and pile foundations, station structures, bearings, and expansion joints.
Ensuring strict compliance with QA/QC systems, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Acting as the primary Interface with clients, consultants, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
Monitoring project performance through DPRs, MIS, KPIs, and productivity reports.
Proactive risk identification and mitigation to ensure timely project delivery.

✅Mandatory Requirements:

Proven track record as Project Head / Project Director on elevated metro rail projects.
Must have successfully led at least two elevated metro projects in recent assignments.
