H.G. Infra Engineering Limited is looking for a Jr. Executive – Store to support site store operations and material management activities for our Jharkhand (PKG-13) Project.
HG Infra Engineering Job
Position: Jr. Executive – Store
Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate / Diploma (Store / Material Management preferred)
- Basic knowledge of store operations & documentation
- Familiarity with ERP / MS Excel is an advantage
- Good Coordination and record-keeping skills.
Location: Jharkhand (PKG-13)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receipt, inspection & documentation of incoming materials
- Maintain stock registers, bin cards & system entries (ERP / manual)
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling & safety of materials.
- Issue materials as per approval indent / requisition.
- Support physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Coordinate with procurement, site engineers and accounts documents.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform seniors for timely replenishment.
- Ensure housekeeping and discipline in store area
- Follow company policies, safety norms & audit requirements.
