Role Details
- Position: Project Head / Senior Project Manager – Highway
- Location: UP & Bihar
Experience Required:
- B.E. / B.Tech (Civil): 24–27 years
- Diploma (Civil): 30–33 years
🔹 Job Responsibilities
- Planned and managed construction projects ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Reviewed drawings, conducted site measurements, and coordinated with consultants/authorities.
- Handled contract administration, vendor evaluation, billing, and claims management.
- Oversaw procurement, tendering, and techno-commercial evaluations.
- Supervised on-site activities, resource planning, and pre-construction processes.
- Ensured compliance with Concession/Contract Agreements and project documentation.
- Liaised with government bodies (NHAI, utilities, forest) for clearances.
- Led team development, manpower planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Desired Skills / Competencies
- Age should not be more than 54 years.
- Must have worked as Senior Project Manager / General Manager or equivalent post in the last 5 years with project value of more than 1000 Crores.
- Should have extensive Road & Highway Project experience of at least 15–20 years.
- In-depth knowledge of standard codes and specifications [NH] related to construction.
- Should have completed at least 2 start-to-finish projects with project value above 1000 Crores.
- Must have Indian Road & Highway projects experience of the last 10 years.
