Position Details

• Role: Dy. Manager – Planning & Monitoring (Project Control)
• Division: Transportation Infrastructure
• Qualification: B.Tech – Civil / M.Tech – CPM or PGP & ACM
• Experience: 8–10 years in project planning and control
• Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Controls Lead in managing schedules, contracts, and resources for infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules from pre-construction to completion.
• Ensure budget monitoring and alignment with approved project plans.
• Define baseline schedules, track progress, and report updates to the Lead.
• Collaborate with project heads for manpower, material, and equipment planning.
• Perform variance analysis and adjust forecasts to maintain profitability.
• Create real-time dashboards on cost, time, and quality performance.
• Evaluate change requests for schedule and budget impact.
• Implement risk management strategies across all project phases.
