Job Details
- Role: Deputy Manager / Manager – HSE
- Location: Madhya Pradesh (Project Site)
- Experience Required: 8 to 15 Years
Qualification Required:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Safety Management
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
- Organize and conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and safety trainings.
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at site.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and contractor teams on HSE matters.
- Monitor work permits, risk assessments (JSA/JHA), and method statements.
- Maintain HSE records, registers, checklists, and safety documentation.
- Ensure proper waste management and environmental protection practices.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and clients during inspections.
- Promote safety awareness and a strong safety culture at the project site.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Safety Management.
- Certification in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / IOSH is preferred.
- Minimum 8–15 years of HSE experience in Transmission and Distribution projects.
- Knowledge of Indian safety laws, Factory Act, and construction safety norms.
