We are seeking a highly skilled and technically strong Planning & Monitoring Manager’ with extensive experience in highway Infrastructure projects.

Designation: Planning & Monitoring Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project schedules (Baseline, Revised, Recovery) using like Primavera P6 / MS Project
Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and identify project bottlenecks
Monitor Project progress, S-curves and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics
Prepare and track look ahead schedules (2-week / 3-month) for execution teams.
Conduct delay analysis, variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams for Integrated planning
Track resources loading (manpower, machinery, materials) and optimize utilization
Generate MIS reports, dashboard, and progress reports, for management review.
Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and project timelines.

Key Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in highway / road infrastructure project planning & monitoring
Proficiency understanding of EPC contracts, BOQ, and project lifecycle management
Knowledge of cost control risk management, and delay claims is an added advantage
Ability to interpret draiwngs, DPRs, and technical specifications.
