Current hiring for various positions in Ahmedabad
✅MEP Engineer Electrical
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect electrical work and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
✅QS Billing
- Bachelor’s degree in B.E or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience
- Provide necessary inputs viz, work done / certified works, balance works as per GFC draiwngs and site conditions for preparation of CTC Report / Cost Engineering.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions in all contracting process.
- Certify and recommend contractor payments after through compliance checks.
✅EHS
- B.E or B.Sc / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical) or related field
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience
- Identify workplace hazards, assess associated risks, and implement sustainable control measures.
- Maintain and update information on the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and ensure responsible parties are informed.
- Organize on-site, job -specific, Occupational, Health & Safety (OHS) training for workers and Sub-contractors.
✅Architectural Services
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 5-10 years of experience
- Assist the preparation and review of architectural drawings, layouts, and agreement plans.
- Conduct periodic site visits to verify architectural quality and consistency.
- Help in maintaining project documentation related to design approvals and compliance standards.
