Position Details

• Position: Safety Officer
• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
• Qualification: Diploma in Safety
• Experience: Minimum 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments at project sites.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
• Promote a strong safety culture among employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain detailed safety audit and incident investigation reports.
• Provide training and safety awareness programs to all site personnel.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must possess a Diploma in Safety from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in industrial or construction safety.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, safety audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and ensure adherence to safety standards.
