📍Department
- Operations And Maintenance Audit
✅Position: Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – O&M Audit (SHA)
- Location: Pan India
- Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of relevant experience in Structural inspection, assessment, and auditing of infrastructure projects (bridges, flyovers, and related structures)
Qualification: Specifications in Structural Engineering preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed Structural Health Assessments (SHA) of infrastructure assets
- Perform inspection of bridges, culverts, ROBs, and other civil Structures
- Identity, evaluate and document structural distresses, defects and safety concerns
- Analyse root causes of structural deficiencies and recommend remedial measures
- Review draiwngs, design data and maintenance records for Structural evaluation
- Prepare comprehensive audits reports with technical observations and actionable recommendations
- Support O&M and project teams in ensuring Structural safety and compliance.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in structural engineering and behaviour of RCC / PSC / steel structures
- Hands-on experience in structural inspection and audit methodologies
- Knowledge of URC codes, IS Codes, and relevant standards
- Familiarity with NDT techniques and structural evaluation tools (preferred)
- Strong analytical, reporting and technical documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of structural software / tools will be an added advantage)
✅Position: Manager – Billing (O&M Audit)
- Location: Bhopal, MP (Corporate Office)
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years in billing verification, audit, and contract management (preferably in O&M road project)
Key Responsibilities
- In-house verification of O&M project bills
- Scrutiny of BOQ, agreements, and draiwngs for accuracy
- Identification of discrepancies, over billing and contractual deviations
- Preparation and presentation of audit observation, ensuring compliance
- Utilization of SAP for billing verification and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in billing verification and audit processes
- Proficiency in SAP (mandatory)
- Through knowledge of BOQ, contracts and measurement practices
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil Engineering
Compensation: As per experience and company norms
