📍Experience Required:
✅QA/QC & RMC
- Residential High-Rise MIVAN (Aluminium Formwork) experience
- QA/QC procedures & IS Standards compliance
- Material & Concrete Testing (Slump, cube, design mix)
- RFI, MIR, WIR, ITP, Method Statements, SOPs
- RMC QC – batching, mix adjustments, field reports.
✅QS & Planning
- Quantity Take-off for MIVAN structures
- BOQ Preparation & RA Bill Certification
- Budget Preparation & Cost Control
- Rate Analysis
- BBS Preparation & Reconciliation
- DLR – Daily Labour Report
- DPR – Daily Progress Report
- WPR – Weekly Progress Report
- MDR – Monthly Progress Report
- Project Planning & Scheduling (MS Project / Primavera)
- MIS, Project Tracking & Timelines Monitoring
