✅Job Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager
- Department: Contracts
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E in Civil or equivalent / Post – Graduation in Construction Management / Contract Management from NICMAR will be an added advantage.
- Job Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft contractual letters, replies to notices, and official communication as per CA provisions.
- Prepare and maintain Contract Appreciation Document (CAD) for tracking obligations and milestones.
- Assist in claims preparation, including calculations for interest, cost escalation, and bonuses / penalties.
- Review Monthly Progress Report’s (MPRs) from a contractual perspective and track critical issues.
- Prepare and update MIS for claims, correspondence, and key contractual matters.
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and compliance, coordinating with site/O&M teams to prevent delays.
- Support contract closure through proper documentation and issue resolution.
- Assist the Contracts & Commercial team is risk assessment, documentation, and audit readiness.
