Open Positions & Details
Mechanical Engineer – Crushing & Screening Project
Department: Projects / Engineering
Location: Site Jamnagar
Key Responsibilities:
- Review basic and detailed engineering drawings for conveyors, feeders, crushers, hoppers, chutes, transfer towers, pulleys, idlers, gearboxes, and couplings
- Check GA drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with design consultants and vendors for technical clarifications
- Ensure compliance with IS / DIN / ASTM standards
- Supervise fabrication, erection, alignment, and commissioning of equipment
- Monitor daily site activities and project schedule
- Verify quantities, quality of materials, and erection progress
- Conduct inspections for welding, bolting, alignment, and dimensional accuracy
- Ensure permit-to-work, lifting plans, and safe work practices
Qualification & Experience:
- BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–8 years experience in RMHS / bulk material handling projects
Software & Tools:
- AutoCAD (mandatory)
- MS Excel / MS Project (preferred)
Electrical Engineer
Location: Mothikhadi
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical project execution and supervision
- Preparation and review of Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
- Cable scheduling, laying, termination, and testing
- Working knowledge of PLC systems
- Installation and commissioning of HT/LT motors
- Experience with VFDs, soft starters, and MCC panels
- Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Coordination with site teams and contractors
- Ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines
Experience & Skills Required:
- 12–15 years experience in electrical projects or RMHS plants
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Ability to handle large-scale project responsibilities independently
Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer – Crushing & Screening Project
Department: Projects / Engineering
Location: Site Jamnagar
Electrical Engineering & Execution:
- Supervise installation and commissioning of HT/LT motors, MCC panels, PCC panels, VFDs, soft starters, transformers, and cabling
- Review electrical GA drawings, SLDs, cable schedules, and layouts
- Coordinate with vendors for motors, drives, panels, and accessories
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and statutory requirements
Instrumentation & Automation:
- Supervise installation, calibration, and testing of field instruments
- Coordinate PLC, SCADA, and HMI activities for RMHS systems
- Support PLC logic checks, I/O testing, loop checking, and interlock verification
- Coordinate communication systems (Profibus / Profinet / Modbus / Ethernet)
- Conduct pre-commissioning checks including IR tests, continuity checks, and functional checks
- Support trial runs and performance testing of conveyors, feeders, crushers, and stacker-reclaimer systems
- Ensure compliance with HSE norms, LOTO procedures, and electrical safety practices
Qualification & Experience:
- BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Instrumentation / E&I Engineering
- 8–15 years experience in RMHS / bulk material handling / industrial projects
Software & Tools:
- PLC platforms (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider – exposure preferred)
- SCADA / HMI systems
- AutoCAD (electrical drawings)
- MS Excel / MS Project
