- Role: Lead site execution, coordination, and delivery of large-scale MEP projects
2. Project Engineer – Mechanical / Electrical
- Experience: 8–12 years (UAE experience)
- Role: End-to-end project execution, coordination with consultants/clients, site delivery
3. Site Engineer – Mechanical / Electrical
- Experience: 4–7 years (UAE experience)
- Role: Manage daily site activities, supervise subcontractors, ensure approved drawings & safety compliance
4. MEP Planning Engineer
- Experience: 8–10 years (UAE experience)
- Role: Project schedules, manpower planning, material tracking, progress reporting support
5. QA/QC Engineer – Electrical
- Experience: 6–8 years (UAE experience)
- Role: Site inspections, quality control, compliance with specifications and standards
6. MEP Quantity Surveyor
- Experience: 8–10 years (UAE experience)
- Role: BOQs, variations, material take-offs, cost estimation, commercial support
7. A/C / Plumbing / Electrical Supervisor
- Experience: 8–12 years (UAE experience)
- Role: Supervise technicians, ensure quality installation & testing, manage daily site execution
General Requirements
- Experience in MEP construction projects
- High-rise or villa project experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards
