ASSYSTEM is inviting applications for the position of Lead – Civil & Structural Design for its renewable and power sector projects. This role involves leading large-scale infrastructure design activities and coordinating with multiple engineering teams.
Job Details
- Position: Lead – Civil & Structural Design
- Domain: Renewable / Power Projects
- Job Location: Gurgaon
- Experience Required: 8 to 12 Years
- Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in utility-scale solar PV projects preferred
- Candidates from Oil & Gas, Refinery, Thermal Power, or Substation projects can also apply
- Experience in building, substation, and heavy foundation design
- Strong knowledge of IS / ACI / ASCE / AISC codes
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design of Module Mounting Structures (MMS) / Solar Trackers
- Pile foundation design based on geotechnical reports
- Design of inverter, control room, and transformer foundations
- Site grading, drainage, and internal road design
- Design review, value engineering, and optimization
- Review vendor drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Coordination with EPC, PMC, and Owner’s Engineer teams
