Desired Candidate Profile ‘
Position:- Manager / Senior Manager / AGM – (Accounts / Finance / Taxation for International Infrastructure Projects)
Job Code: AFT10
Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in handling FEMA / RBI / ODI Compliance / Export documentation/ International Infrastructure Projects Accounts upto Finalization.
- Awareness about transfer pricing.
Location: Corporate Office Nashik (Maharashtra)
Job Description:
- Documentation and compliance as per FEM / RBI rules including ODI.
- Obtaining BG/LC/Insurance bond, etc.
- Lead and control project accounts and treasury transportations.
- Review/monitoring project budget and cash flow.
- Preparation of financial statements as per IRFS and IND as including notes to accounts, Liasoning with statutory auditors till audit closure.
- Awareness about IFRS and IND as and regulations.
- MIS reports
- Report submission to Exim bank and local statutory authorities.
Note: Compensation will be no constraint for candidate with relevant education and experience.
