Job Description
Ashoka Buildcon Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering / Costing / Estimation Specialist for International T&D Projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparation and submission of tenders, reviewing tender documents, preparing technical and commercial forms, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver competitive bids.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Study and analyze tender documents to understand project requirements
- Identify key project deliverables, timelines, and compliance criteria
- Ensure technical and commercial aspects align with company capabilities
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender submissions
- Coordinate with technical teams to define scope of work, resources, and execution plans
- Ensure proposals include cost breakdowns, schedules, and risk assessments
- Ensure tender submissions meet legal, technical, and quality standards
- Consider all statutory and regulatory requirements in proposals
- Conduct internal quality checks of proposal documents
- Manage tender submission from receipt to final submission
- Maintain and update tendering database and document control systems
Skills Required
- Proficiency in tendering software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
