Position Details
- Position: Manager – Land Acquisition
- Location: Jaipur & Site Offices
- Experience: 8–10 years in land acquisition (5+ years in a managerial role)
- Qualification: Graduate in Law / Land Management or related field (MBA/PG in Rural Dev./Urban Planning a plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Land Identification & Due Diligence – Legal checks, risk assessments, and land classification
- Negotiation & Acquisition – Lead talks with landowners and finalize documentation
- Compliance & Documentation – Ensure legal and environmental regulations
- Liaison with Authorities – Work with revenue departments and local bodies
- Team & Vendor Management – SOPs, team coordination, and progress monitoring
Desirable Attributes
- Experience in renewable projects (solar/wind)
- Government liaison and local land knowledge
- Strong communication & ethical working approach
- Willingness to travel to project sites
