1. Project Manager — 02 Positions
- Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 12–15 years
- Role Profile: Handling construction contracts and documentation; strong knowledge of contract drafting and reviewing; manage project documentation and coordinate with project teams; lead project delivery and stakeholder communication.
2. Billing Engineer — 02 Positions
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 7–10 years
- Role Profile: Responsible for project billing, BOQ preparation and quantity estimation; prepare interim bills and final bills; coordinate with site and accounts for timely submission and reconciliation.
3. Quality Engineer — 02 Positions
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 8–10 years
- Role Profile: Manage quality assurance and quality control for civil construction projects; perform site inspections, material testing oversight and ensure compliance with construction standards and specifications.
4. Architect — 02 Positions
- Qualification: B.Arch
- Experience: 4–7 years
- Role Profile: Design residential and commercial projects; proficiency in drafting, AutoCAD and 3D modeling; prepare drawings, collaborate with design & execution teams and support site implementation.
5. MEP Engineer — 02 Positions
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)
- Experience: 5–8 years
- Role Profile: Manage MEP design, execution and maintenance for large-scale projects; coordinate MEP integration with civil works; ensure compliance with MEP specifications and commissioning requirements.
