Position: Construction Planning Manager – Solar Projects
- Qualification: B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience Required: 12 to 15 years of experience in the solar industry.
Candidates should have experience handling utility-scale solar projects of minimum 500 MW capacity.
Job Location: Project Location
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestone adherence
- Coordinate with EPC teams, engineering, procurement and site execution teams
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and planning dashboards
- Identify project delays and implement recovery plans
This role requires strong expertise in project planning, scheduling and coordination to ensure smooth execution of solar EPC projects.
