Open Positions & Requirements
1) Engineer / Sr. Engineer — Design Coordinator
- Qualification (Must-Have): B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR B.Tech in Architecture.
- Experience: 5–7 years in civil design & planning (industrial / residential projects).
Technical Skills (Must-Have):
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit / BIM.
- Proficiency in MS Project for planning inputs.
- Good knowledge of IS codes and NBC (National Building Code).
Role Expectations:
- Project coordination with architects and consultants.
- Prepare and review RCC drawings, site layouts, GFC (Good For Construction) drawings and associated design deliverables.
- Work closely with planning / execution teams to ensure coordinated design outputs and timely deliverables.
2) Draftsman (Engineer / Deputy Engineer — Design & Planning)
- Qualification (Must-Have): Diploma OR B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR Architecture.
- Experience: 3–5 years in drafting for civil / structural projects.
Technical Skills (Must-Have):
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Basic knowledge of BIM / Revit is preferred (advantageous).
Role Expectations:
- Prepare concept, schematic and RCC drawings, site layouts and contour drawings.
- Support the Design Coordinator and engineering team in producing accurate shop/GFC drawings.
- Good communication skills and strong teamwork orientation to coordinate with design / site teams.
