Available Positions & Eligibility
1. Production Engineering (PE0925)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Electronics/Mechanical)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
Electronics Engineers: Hands-on experience in industrial automation, PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, electrical panel design, and sensor integration. Proficiency in Mitsubishi PLCs, GX Works, SCADA preferred. Exposure to IIoT, AI/ML, and digital transformation is an advantage.
Mechanical Engineers: Strong skills in mechanical design, 3D modeling (SolidEdge preferred), FEA simulation (NX preferred), development of jigs, fixtures, special-purpose machines. Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, advanced manufacturing, and digital tools preferred.
2. Digital Cell (DC0925)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (IT/CE/CS)
- Experience: 4 to 8 years
- Strong technical and collaboration skills.
- Experience in full-stack development (common stacks).
- Expertise in database & API integration.
- Must be skilled in debugging & upgrading systems.
- Experience in desktop/mobile app development with responsive design.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network & security.
- Familiar with agile, UI/UX, ISO–ITIL awareness, SRM, and vendor liaison.
3. Site/Shop Quality Inspection
- Qualification: B.E. (Mech./Prod./Fab./Met.) – 2 to 10 years | Diploma (Mech./Prod./Fab./Met.) – 5 to 10 years
- Prepare, review & approve QAP/Traveler/LTFPS inspection documents.
- Conduct inspections: raw material, receipt, in-process, final, dispatch, across shop/site/vendors.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, third-party inspectors.
- Prepare & submit History Dockets, Non-Conformity Reports, WDS.
- Certification: Level II in VT/PT/MT/RT/UT/Leak test (preferred).
- Knowledge of ASME/PED/ISO/API/AWS standards required.
4. Project Risk Management (PRM0925)
- Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical) + MBA Finance
- Experience: 3 to 7 years
- Knowledge of project risk management, business process understanding, legal & contractual terms.
- Conduct project-specific risk workshops, maintain risk registers.
- Escalate risks to senior management when required.
5. Static Equipment Engineer (SEO0925)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. (Mechanical)
- Experience: 8 to 15 years
- Design for revamp projects in refineries, fertilizers, chemicals, petrochemicals, oil & gas.
- Expertise in MDS, MRs, TBE, vendor review, equipment codes (ASME SEC VIII, Div1/Div2, TEMA, EJMA, IBR).
- FEA/Analysis software: ANSYS, CAESAR-II, STAADPRO.
- Strong collaboration & proactive improvement attitude.
6. Instrumentation & Control Engineer (ICE0925)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Instrumentation & Control)
- Experience: 15 to 18 years
- Engineering of process plants (refineries, fertilizers, petrochemicals, oil & gas).
- Strong skills in P&IDs, SmartPlant, digital design platforms.
- Expertise in datasheets, MR, control valve sizing, bid tabulations, instrument layouts, hook-ups, logic diagrams.
- Familiar with FEED, Basic Design Package, detail engineering, project execution.
7. Civil Structural Engineer (CSE0925)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Civil)
- Experience: 8 to 15 years
- Detailed design for civil & structural revamp projects.
- Strong in foundation, ductile detailing, steel structures.
- Knowledge of codes (ASCE, ACI, AISC, Euro, IS).
- STAADPRO & soil strength analysis proficiency required.
8. Commissioning Manager (CMM0925)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical)
- Experience: 6 to 12 years
- Experience in refinery, petrochemicals, oil & gas, chemicals, utility facilities.
- EPC/EPCM greenfield & brownfield projects.
- Technical safety and process engineering expertise.
9. Engineering Manager (EM0925)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical/Chemical)
- Experience: 8 to 12 years
- Strong knowledge of P&ID, PFD, GAD, piping layout.
- Experience in FEED/BDEP/EPC/LSTK refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer projects.
- Strong leadership, client/vendor management.
10. EHS Professionals (EHS0925)
- Qualification: B.E. + ADIS/PDIS with NEBOSH IGC | Diploma + ADIS/PDIS with NEBOSH IGC
- Experience: 5 to 15 years
- Strong background in HSE for brownfield shutdown & EPC projects.
- Ensure compliance to statutory regulations.
- Liaison with clients, consultants, contractors.
- Willingness to relocate for projects (domestic/international).
11. Electrical Engineer (EE0925)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical)
- Experience: 8 to 15 years
- Electrical systems design for oil & gas brownfield projects.
- Experience in DG, UPS, battery, cabling, routing, lighting, earthing systems.
- Knowledge of hazardous area classification, switchgears.
- Proficiency in ETAP/Electrical software preferred.
