ABL is seeking qualified candidates for its RMC Plant Project in Guyana (South America).

Available Positions (Total: 11)

Accountant (Job Code: RMCO1)

• Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance)
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting

Skills:

• Knowledge of taxation is preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel & Financial Reporting
• Responsibilities:
• Handling supplier bills, verifying bills
• Processing GRNs, bill data entry
• Complete accounting tasks for the project

Sales Officer (Job Code: RMCO2)

• Qualification: Graduate in Civil/Commerce/Marketing or MBA in Marketing
• Experience: 5-6 years (preferably in Commercial RMC)

Skills:

• Strong negotiation & communication
• Knowledge of RMC products, mix design, and ERP
• Responsibilities:
• Business development and lead conversion
• Client relationship management
• Order booking, pricing strategy, quotations
• Sales reporting and payment follow-ups

Executive – Maintenance (Job Code: GRMC03)

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: 8–10 years in maintaining RMC Plants & Transit Mixers

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance planning and execution
• Raise PRs and maintain spare parts
• Minimize plant downtime and ensure continuous operation

Mechanic (Job Code: GRMC04)

• Qualification: ITI/Diploma
• Experience: 10–12 years in RMC plant and equipment maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Keep RMC plant and machinery operational
• Rectify breakdowns

Production In-Charge (Job Code: GRMC05)

• Qualification: MBA in Supply Chain Management
• Experience: 8–10 years

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers and sales team
• Production planning, order processing, dispatch coordination
• Site visits, client communication, and follow-ups
• Sales growth and payment tracking

RMC Plant Operator (Job Code: GRMC06)

• Experience: 8–10 years operating RMC plant of 60 cum+ capacity

Responsibilities:

• Operate batching plant as per approved mix
• Prepare delivery challans and batch reports
• Ensure plant maintenance and cleanliness

Executive – Raw Material Procurement (Job Code: GRMC07)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s in Commerce/Civil Engineering/Supply Chain
• Experience: 5–6 years in procurement (preferably RMC)

Responsibilities:

• Arrange raw materials and spare parts
• Vendor negotiations and logistics coordination
• Inventory tracking and quality checks

Senior Store Keeper (Job Code: GRMC08)

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in SCM/Inventory/Stores Management
• Experience: 5–7 years in RMC/Construction industry

Responsibilities:

• Receive and issue material
• Maintain inventory records, bin cards, ledgers
• Supervise store staff, apply EOQ & ABC analysis

Store Keeper (Job Code: GRMC10)

• Qualification: Diploma in Inventory/Stores Management
• Experience: 3–5 years

Responsibilities:

• Receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
• Inventory control using ABC/EOQ methods

Manager QA/QC (Job Code: GRMC12)

• Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 10+ years in QA/QC (preferably RMC)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA systems
• Manage lab operations and IS/ASTM standards
• Lead the QA team, coordinate with other departments
• Handle mix design, raw material sourcing, customer complaints
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance

HSE Officer (Job Code: GRMC11)

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety
• Experience: 3–5 years in RMC/Construction

Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety norms, site inspections, PPE compliance
• Incident investigation and report submissions
• Safety training, audits, hazard identification
• Maintain monthly/yearly HSE records and reports
