- Qualification: BE Civil with 5+ years or Diploma with 7+ years
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in precast I-girder erection
Responsibilities: Planning and supervising I-girder erection, alignment, crane coordination, safety, and quality.
2. QC Engineer

- Qualification: BE Civil (8+ years) or Diploma (10+ years)
- Experience: NHAI/MORTH/PWD bridge, flyover, or viaduct projects
3. Foreman – PCY (Segmental)

- Experience: 15+ years overall, 10+ years relevant
Responsibilities: Oversee segmental casting yard operations, ensure quality and safety compliance.
4. Foreman – Launching & Erection

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Plan concrete pump use, coordinate with QC and site
- Drive sales growth, marketing, and ensure timely client payments
- Conduct site visits for pump pipeline setup
- Manage client coordination and issue resolution
7. RMC Plant Operator

- Experience: 8–10 years in operating RMC plants (60+ cubic meter capacity)
Responsibilities:
- Batch concrete as per mix design
- Coordinate with site, generate delivery challans
- Ensure equipment cleaning, chipping, and preventive maintenance
8. Junior Executive – Raw Material Procurement

- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Commerce / Civil Engineering / SCM
- Experience: 5–6 years in procurement (RMC or construction preferred)
- Skills: Negotiation, ERP, MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Spare parts and raw material procurement
- Price negotiation and PO preparation
- Logistics coordination and vendor follow-up
- Maintain quality and timely supply based on PRs
9. Senior Store Keeper

Responsibilities:
- Manage entire store operations
- Receive and issue material as per requisitions
